This hotel is perfect for exploring Guilin. It is situated close to the lake and within walking distance of the city center. Despite not having a window, the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially with the excellent air conditioning. The attention to detail is evident as even the basic amenities are well taken care of.

The location in a small alley right beside a nice river walk is perfect for an evening stroll. Despite not having windows, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff are friendly, informative, and speak English fluently. The presence of supermarkets nearby adds convenience to the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Ease Hostel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with good hot water and reliable wifi. The common room area was perfect, offering board games, a cinema, and a reading room. The cafe had reasonably priced food and drinks. The location was great, close to the river and quiet. But what really made my stay special was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Chen, Jun, Jerry, and the girl at reception for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hostel for a fantastic stay.
